ABOUT APARA/TAPARA

The American Pan-African Relief Agencies, Inc. (APARA & TAPARA), founded in December 1998 is a 501(c)3  tax-exempt non profit organization fully committed to bringing help and hope to Africa, the most impoverished continent in the world with its challenges  of poverty and diseases that  include health disaster of HIV/AIDS, Malaria and Tuberculosis that have claimed millions of lives. Our Major concerns is providing relevant services to the people affected by these diseases and as well as to further helping the AIDS orphans and other distressed children in the society. APARA &TAPARA carried out its programs and services independently and in cooperation with established charitable organizations in the US and Africa.

APARA & TAPARA’s Services include frequent relief missions to Africa to support people living with HIV/AIDS, the AIDS orphans and other distressed children including promoting awareness/services for the prevention and eradication of Malaria and Tuberculosis in the continent. In addition, APARA & TAPARA provides financial and in-kind support to local charitable organizations in Africa to implement their programs. We also provide social and general services to the African Immigrant community in the U.S.

During our 12 years of services, much has been accomplished both in the United States and in Africa.
